SpotMixer (www.spotmixer.com), One True Media (www.onetruemedia.com), and Vlix (www.vlixvideo.com) provide customers
with a platform to create and share videos (the "Service(s)"). Before using the Services, it is important that you
carefully review the terms set out below (the "Supplemental Terms") and our Terms of Use, located at
http://corporate.disney.go.com/corporate/terms.html
("Terms of Use"). By using the Services, you agree to these Supplemental Terms and the Terms of Use. Except as
specifically stated herein, each defined term utilized herein shall have the same meaning as is assigned to it in the
Terms of Use. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Terms of Use and these Supplemental Terms,
the Supplemental Terms shall govern and control. SpotMixer, One True Media, and Vlix are also referred to in these
Supplemental Terms as "we," "us" and "our." Users of the Services are sometimes referred to in these Supplemental
Terms as "you" and "your."
SUBMISSIONS
One True Media and Vlix Submissions may not be distributed to more than 50 persons and you are prohibited from
duplicating, selling or distributing additional copies of such Submissions.
STORAGE POLICY
For users of SpotMixer's free Services, your Submissions are subject to removal after sixty (60) days from the date
your account was created unless you purchase the paid version. Otherwise, we may cancel your membership and remove
your Submissions.
For users of One True Media's and/or Vlix's free Services, we will maintain your Submissions for up to ninety (90)
days. You must sign in at least once every ninety (90) days in order to maintain your free membership. Otherwise,
we may cancel your membership and remove your Submissions.
PRICING, BILLING, AND RETURNS
Please read our pricing pages, located at

http://www.spotmixer.com/create_video/pricing_video_ad,
which are incorporated into and made a part of these Supplemental Terms. All listed prices are stated in U.S.
dollars and are valid until altered by us. Prices do not include delivery charges or any applicable sales, use or
excise taxes that we may be required to collect and remit. Any such taxes or charges shall be added by us to the
price for the Services. You must provide us with valid credit card or approved purchase order information as a
condition to publishing your Submission. Any specified delivery dates are intended to be estimates only. In the
event that the published price for the Services and/or related products is incorrect, we will contact you to let you
know the correct price and ask whether you still wish us to fulfill your order at the correct price.
The Services may also be offered under a promotional and/or free trial offer for a specific amount of time. By your
use of such offers, you understand and agree that after the offer has expired, you may not be able to continue to
access and/or use the Services unless you pay any applicable fees for ongoing use of the Services.
Any applicable monthly charge for Services will automatically renew each month without prior notice to you, unless
and until you cancel the Services. The renewal charge for the Services will be equal to the price in effect during
the prior month, unless we have given you prior written notice of a price increase, which shall be effective upon
renewal and thereafter. You may terminate the Services upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to us. In the
event you terminate the Services, we shall continue to provide the Services for the remainder of your paid month.
Cancellation of the Services means your Submissions will no longer be available.
